Refund policy

A 4-day return policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return and beyond that period, the products are not eligible for returns.

You can request for the return if the received item is damaged, misprinted, or broken. To eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unboxing the products: Please be advised that it is necessary to record a one shot video while unpacking the products. 

Note: If you do not have an unboxing video of the order and we fail to verify the cause, we will not be liable for refunds/replacement of such products.

Non-returnable items
As the products are 'on-demand' based, unfortunately, we cannot accept the returns of the products due to ordering the wrong size or for any reason without defects. 

Refunds
If the return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at msvoguecache@gmail.com.
